How It Works

  1. Contact Us
Reach out to us through our website by filling out the contact form, or call us and leave a brief message. Either Lori or Jill will respond to you within 48 hours.

  2. Initial Phone Conversation
We’ll have a brief phone conversation to ensure we can provide quality care tailored to your condition. If everything looks good, we’ll schedule an in-home appointment, ideally within 1 to 4 days.

  3. In-Home Physical Therapy Examination
Lori or Jill  will visit your home to perform a thorough physical therapy examination. Based on this, we will create a personalized, customized exercise program to help you start managing your condition effectively.

  4. Short-Term Care
Our service typically requires only one to two visits. We aim to fill the gap before you begin seeing a physical therapist within your healthcare system, providing you with immediate support and guidance.

How it works
Treatment Approach

Treatment Approaches

Lori and Jill use evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques to address musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment plans may include:

  • Personalized exercise programs to restore mobility, strength, and function

  • Manual therapy (such as joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques)

  • Pain management strategies

  • Patient education on posture, ergonomics, and activity modification

  • Recommendations regarding the use of assistive devices or braces as needed

  • Dry needling (Jill only)

  • Aquatic rehabilitation (Lori only)

Physical therapy is effective for both acute injuries (like sprains and strains) and chronic conditions (such as arthritis and tendinopathies), aiming to reduce pain, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

Whether you are recovering from a recent injury or managing a long-standing musculoskeletal issue, Lori and Jill provide comprehensive care for nearly all musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients return to their highest level of function and independence.

What to Expect

What to Expect During Your Visit

We want your experience to be comfortable, efficient, and effective. Here’s what you can expect when we visit your home for your appointment:

1. Preparing Your Space

Before we arrive, please create enough space for us to set up a treatment table—usually in the middle of your living or family room works best.

What to wear:

  • If your concern is in your upper body, please wear a tank top if possible.

  • If your concern is in your lower body, please wear shorts.

  • In general, wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.

2. Timely Arrival

Lori or Jill will arrive at your home promptly at your scheduled appointment time.

3. Health History Review

We’ll start with a brief review of your health history, using the information you provided on your intake form.

4. Thorough Examination

A comprehensive examination will be performed to assess your current condition and identify the best course of action.

5. Personalized Treatment

Based on your needs, we will design a comprehensive program to help address your symptoms and improve function.

6. Exercise Instruction

You’ll receive personalized instruction on exercises to help manage your condition. For your convenience, we’ll record these exercises on your personal device so you can reference them anytime.

7. Documentation & Billing

At the end of your visit, you’ll receive access to documentation of your session, including a receipt that you can submit to your Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) for reimbursement.

If you have any questions before your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We look forward to working with you!
