Billing and Payment Policy

As we provide in-home services, our billing reflects the time and travel required to reach you. Our current rates are:

Initial In-Home Examination and Treatment (60 minutes): $175

  • Follow-Up In-Home Reevaluation and Treatment (60 minutes): $150

  • Follow-Up In-Home Reevaluation and Treatment (30 minutes) $75

  • Follow-Up via video chat (30-45 minutes) $75 

 

Payment is due upon completion of each visit.
Please note:
We do not take insurance at this time. 

 

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Venmo

  • Credit card 

 

A receipt will be provided for your records and can be submitted to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
