Why see Start Strong Physical Therapy?
We understand that the current healthcare system often comes with long wait times for physical therapy appointments. If you’ve tried to schedule a visit through your insurance provider, you may have found yourself waiting weeks or even months before you can get started. Our goal is not to replace your traditional outpatient physical therapy sessions; rather our goal is to get you started early while you wait for that first insurance-based visit. An earlier start can ease symptoms, begin rehabilitation work and provide needed education on activity modifications.
That’s where we come in. Lori and Jill, owners of Start Strong Physical Therapy, bring expert care directly to you. Using a portable treatment table, we conduct a thorough examination and evaluation, and then create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs—all before you even set foot in a traditional clinic.
Does Start Strong Physical Therapy accept insurance?
Start Strong Physical Therapy operates on a cash-only basis to provide immediate, short-term care. Their goal is to "bridge the gap" by offering 1–2 initial sessions to jumpstart your recovery while you wait for your insurance-based provider to become available.
What are our rates?
Please note that your PT in the health care system will also be doing an initial evaluation and billing your health care system. Your condition will most likely have changed when you enter the health care system, requiring a new evaluation to provide the best care for you.
What are our payment options?
Can I get reimbursed through my Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Saving Account (HSA)?
Yes, you will be provided receipts that you can submit to your FSA or HSA.
How may visits will I have/need?
Our mission is to provide care prior to starting PT within your healthcare system or to “bridge” your care until your appointment within your health care system. As such, we expect to provide 1-2 visits to “get you going” until you ca see your PT within your insurance.
